Founded by Howard Barron, President and sole owner of Security Mortgage Corporation dba and Barron and Associates.
Howard is a lifelong resident of the Detroit Metropolitan area. He graduated from Dondero High School in Royal Oak in 1969 and from Michigan State University (Summa Cum Laude) in 1973.
In 1974 he obtained his real estate license and soon became a top performer within his real estate office and real estate board. By 1975 he had completed numerous real estate courses and had obtained his real estate broker’s license while a member of the National Realtors Association. From 1975 through 1998 Howard owned his own real estate company and had been successful in selling apartment buildings, vacant land and residential homes. During his real estate career, Howard originated, processed, and closed many conventional conforming and non-conforming loans. In 1986 Security Mortgage Corporation became incorporated.
Security Mortgage Corporation dba Barron and Associates has been in business for over 35 years as a Broker, Lender and Mortgage Banker.
