Branch Managers

Branch Managers are responsible for originating conventional and government residential mortgage loans to customers who qualify based on assessment of financial and credit data. In addition, works on business development initiatives for the Branch through recruiting loan officers and development of marketing plans. This is a senior level role that works under limited guidance
Loan Officers
Serving Florida & Michigan
This is a position to solicit, service, and arrange for a variety of mortgage, real estate and construction loans. The main responsibility of the Loan Officer is to meet with borrowers to determine the best product and terms that will ensure a successful mortgage approval process. Decisions regarding documentation required for approval, fees and terms must be clearly communicated and the customer must leave the application process with proper disclosures and a thorough understanding of the steps that will ensure a smooth loan closing.
Contract Processors
Serving Florida & Michigan
A Contract Mortgage Processor, is an independent licensed Mortgage Processor that is contracted by our Branch Managers / Loan Originators. The Contract Processor will process loans in a timely and efficient manner to ensure a clean approval and a timely closing. The Contract Processor will work directly with our Branch Managers/Loan Originators to facilitate documents, as needed, for loan submission into Underwriting and then to Closing. This position requires frequent communication with our Loan Originators, Borrowers & Lending Partners. Contract Processors must be licensed within the originating state and must have or work for an existing and established Processing Company that has the ability to be paid as such.
